After a week and half from my last long run I felt strong enough again and ready for another long run. I just wasn’t sure how long the distance should be. After running few miles I decided to run the whole stretch, 14.5 miles. I did it in 1:48 this time. I paced myself better. The temperature was more favorable than it was during my 1st long run, around 65°. And I didn’t feel any pain. I think I could run another few miles. Maybe 6? So, there is some progress. I wonder how I’ll feel on Sunday. I am supposed to run Susan Komen 5K race for the cure in Philadelphia.
